ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Tharsika — a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach. A survivor of narcissistic abuse with a heart for helping survivors reclaim their power, heal from toxic relationships, and rebuild the life they deserve.

My journey began in social work, where I studied at Humber College and learned how to support individuals and communities through care, compassion, and connection. While I took a brief pause from the field, my passion for creating meaningful experiences led me into event planning. With over 5 years of experience in Special Event Management from George Brown College, I learned to blend creativity, organization, and leadership — skills that now enhance the structured, compassionate support I provide my clients.

As my own healing deepened, I felt called to serve survivors in a more intentional and empowered way. I returned to George Brown College, where I completed the Life Coaching program and became certified, allowing me to professionally coach and support other survivors of narcissistic abuse through their healing journeys.

Today, I combine my background in social work, my coaching certification, my organizational expertise, and my lifelong intuitive gift into my work as a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach.

I specialize in supporting individuals — men and women alike — who are ready to heal from toxic relationships, understand the dynamics of narcissistic abuse, and reclaim their sense of self. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of a difficult relationship, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling trapped in cycles of emotional manipulation, I’m here to listen, support, and guide you toward clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.

People have always naturally opened up to me, even as a child. I believe that’s because I create a safe, non-judgmental space where survivors feel truly seen and heard. I bring empathy, insight, and grounded guidance to every session — along with a deep belief that healing is possible, and life beyond abuse can be joyful and empowering.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me gardening, reading, hiking, or enjoying peaceful walks by the beach. These moments help me stay connected to nature, myself, and the quiet wisdom that often gets lost in the noise of life.

Thank you for being here. I’d love to connect and support you on your journey to healing and reclaiming your life.
